1. Agreement
By using Florarise, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the service. These terms apply to all users of the platform.
2. Service description
Florarise provides a review marketing platform for WooCommerce stores including automated review collection, display widgets, Q&A, and analytics. Features vary by plan — see Pricing for details.
3. Acceptable use
You may not use Florarise to: (a) collect fake or incentivised reviews that violate applicable laws or platform guidelines; (b) send unsolicited communications not related to completed transactions; (c) reverse-engineer or resell the service; (d) violate any applicable law.
4. Billing and refunds
Paid plans are billed monthly or annually in advance. If Florarise doesn't deliver on its promise, you can request a full refund within 30 days of any payment. No questions asked.
5. Data ownership
You own your review data. We process it on your behalf. You can export or delete it at any time. We will never sell your data or your customers' data.
6. Limitation of liability
Florarise is provided “as is.” Our liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 3 months preceding a claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages.
