We use your data to provide the Florarise service, send transactional emails (review request campaigns, account notifications), improve the product, and comply with legal obligations. We do not sell your data or your customers' data to third parties.

4. Data retention

Account data is retained for the lifetime of your account plus 90 days after deletion. Review data is retained as long as your account is active. You can request deletion at any time.
