1. Who we are

Florarise is a review marketing platform for WooCommerce stores, operated by Florarise. Our registered address is available on request at hello@florarise.net.

2. What data we collect

• ·Store owner account data (name, email, store URL) — provided at signup
• ·Customer review data synced from your WooCommerce store via our plugin
• ·Messages you send through our contact form, and the email address you give when subscribing to our newsletter
• ·Billing details for paid plans, which are processed by our payment provider (PayPal)
• ·Support correspondence via email or live chat

3. How we use your data

We use your data to provide the Florarise service, send transactional emails (review request campaigns, account notifications), improve the product, and comply with legal obligations. We do not sell your data or your customers' data to third parties.

4. Data retention

Account data is retained for the lifetime of your account plus 90 days after deletion. Review data is retained as long as your account is active. You can request deletion at any time.

5. Your rights (GDPR)

6. Cookies

We use only essential cookies, for authentication, session management and your language preference. We do not currently set analytics or advertising cookies. See our Cookie Policy.
